Hi all, my Name is Sean Preston, an avid lover of all things Indian Curries.
My Favourite dish is Chicken Vindaloo, drizzled with a dash of Korma Sauce moped up with a Peshwari Nan.mmmmmmm

You'll be able to cook more vindaloo drizzled with korma than you could ever imagine if you follow the recipes on this great forum .. good luck and please let us know how you get on     :)
