If you have a look at the structure of the forum, starting at the main page here:
https://curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php there are individual sub sections for recipes for base sauce, starters, main dishes (subdivided into types like madras, etc) and a quick scan of any of these subsections will show you what are the most popular recipes based on number of replies.
It's also worth checking out the "group tests" section where the results of previous group tests are listed. These are where members all cook the same recipes and score them. Sadly it doesn't work so well for main dishes as people typically have different base sauces to hand, so 5 people cooking the same madras might actually be cooking 5 different dishes if their base sauce was cooked to a different recipe.
