Ive never had a curry wit milk in. I'd know, as I'd have been very very ill indeed. Once I had a curry that had been cooked with ghee - I nearly threw up after once mouthful.

ill try that base from that download on the website When i get chance(my freezers full at mo).  My only question is about some measurements.  i always though a tablespoon was roughly the same as a dessert spoon.  it says to add spices by the tbs, but for the final curry add 4 tbs of gravy.  How big exactly is a tablespoon??

Most measuring spoon sets contain the measurements on them, if I recall a tablespoon is 15 mill, not at home to check though

1 tablespoon   =    3 teaspoons

1 teaspoon = 5ml
1 tablespoon = 15ml (3 teaspoons)
2 to 2.5 teaspoons is a sensible measure for a "dessert spoon" (and mostly its quoted as 2 teaspoons) = 10ml.
