Wow! this site has blown my taste buds apart, thanks for all the active members that have given there time to posting recipes. We have't bought jars of sauce for years and have tried all manner of curry recipes from scratch, but they have never been on a par with the local takeaway. The 2 I have tried from here have been a phenomenal success and we can't wait to try more!!! Cheers

 

Well done for taking the plunge and reaping the rewards.

I've only been cooking for about a year and my curry's and sides are already getting me praise from co-workers and family.

The only good thing about the jar of sauces is to re-use the jar to store my spices in.
