lamb and beetroot curry recipe????

Hello,

Ive been using recipes off this website with great success, me and my family/ friends love cooking indian food and having dinner parties and its my turn again next weekend!

I am looking for a recipe for lamb and beetroot curry...I remember having this years ago and cant find a recipe anywhere.....could someone please help??
