Agree, my question was a bit vague but didn't realise this dish is not so widely known.
Next time I order it I will try and see if I can find out more and maybe even see if they will let me see it been cooked. The only info I can get on it at moment is "cooked with tomato, green pepper, green chili and coriander" which I suppose does at least tell what ingredients are required but not any of the spices or quantities.
Its quite a rich dish and very saucy with a kick about Madras strength. It usually comes with whole green chillies in it which obviously can be left if too hot.
