Thinking back a few years and remembering how dreadfully slow things were with dial up modems...

Now most of us click on that link and have a massive good quality video to watch almost immediately in a browser window - its just fantastic :)

Seriously though the guy cooking the curry is just reducing the curry down on a constant high temperature and constantly scraping,I'll bet that tastes fantastic  :P :P

Dont you just love looking round some else's work place - the health and hygiene people in the UK would have a heart attack - and all cooking under raw meat carcases - love it
The guy was so calm and just  plodding on - i wonder how many he turns out in a day?
