Dipuraja's Chicken Tikka Masala (Modified by the addition of 1 chefs' spoon of 1:4 dilute tomato puree

A bit of a break from singeing and burning

Blade's Tikka was excellent and really came through the sauce like peaks of flavour.

That looks cracking Gary, my other half loves CTM so will have to CT's Masala Sauce.
How did you cook the chicken tikka?

I just grilled them under a hot electric grill, for about 5-6 minutes each side.

I cut each breast in half before marinating/cooking (larger pieces keep moister)

Threaded onto these monsters 



Three or four pieces on each skewer, suspended over a roasting tin, under the grill.

That massala sauce looks spot on well done

No singeing going on there Gary .  CTM certainly isn't my cup of tea but is loved by many and is therefore  a dish we home BIR chefs need to be able to conjur up.  From those pics you certainly seem to have this one under your belt mate  ;D
