Cheers jb. Gotta say i don't think i can do much better with any of these three dishes. But i will keep on trying ;D. And i will most definitely be doing a side by side comparison with the NIS during my weeks holiday. That should be interesting :
Edit - by the way jb, this NIS had only 2tsps chilli and 1 tbsp of mix spice so more of a madras strength, which i off set by the inclusion of a dozen fresh chillis ;D

Having been supplied with loads of quality curry pawn all week I  thought i'd make  a very small contribution.  It's getting to that time of night when we all get a little peckish so i thought now would be an ideal moment.  My left over NIS from one of my local TA's.  No time at all this week to spend in the kitchen
