Ho Folks
Just came across this place tonight I've liked to dabble with curries,pakoras etc since I was about 16 (my first attempt was a disaster a kind of curry powder and water mix) but you live and learn and I look forward to spending many hrs trawling through this site.
Wow this has to be the best curry lovers site ever!wish I'd discovered this a few years back,I've just spent the last couple of hours going through posts and recipies god were do I start to experiment?I've noted a few to start with,living not to far from Glasgow I think I'll try some of PanPots recipies,but I'll definately be back!

Hi bigb and welcome to this wonderful forum.  I too remember my first experience of cooking curry.  Equally  a disaster.  But thankfully i stuck at it and eventually wound up here.  There is no better place other than a BIR kitchen.  Good luck on the journey.  Look forward to your reports with pictures (we love pics on here ;D).

Welcome to the curry site, this has to be best online, i found it ages ago, but never really took an interest until recently, but as they say, "we all make mistakes" and boy o boy, i made a right clanger!!!!
