Hi everyone from a UK expat in deep SW France.  .  My passion in life is sidecar racing but that is for another forum.  Have enjoyed cooking for many years and like experimenting but not like Hugh Whittingley Furnistall, just ordinary ingredients instead.  Just wish that I had found this curry nirvana years ago, I shall certainly be trying many of therecipes.

I was always a Madras/Vindaloo fanatic until i found this site
now my taste has expanded a wee bit to milder more flavoursome dishes
.....but I'll always go back to the old favourites
