


The steak was excellent, very tasty and the mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes were wrapped in foil and left on the top shelf (Warming shelf), lovely.
The naans are from either Aldi or Lidl cant remember they are surprisingly nice (50p for two), thats my next mission to try and do naans on this new BBQ.
Regarding the CTM i have not had anybody saying they can taste tomato soup, but i do cook for a long time though, so the sauce i have is thick.
Then i get some dessicated coconut, or coconut powder whatever i have in the cupboard, i find the powder is a little too sweet so i use that for the kids, and add about 4-5 TBSP of boiling water to it (dessicated) and leave for around 10 minutes stirring it and pressing the coconut down to wring all the goodness and flavour from it.Then i add about 2 TPS of this liquid to the sauce ( when i make it its usually for 4-6 people) then add Chicken Tikka (pre-cooked) so the coconut taste goes into the chicken and into the sauce.
