my third curry....first two were rank

my THIRD curry...the first two were rotten.
this was the business :0 mmmmm
a cheeky wee chicken madras...with added heat :)

then i used their madras recipe with my own personal twist because theirs didn't taste quite right.IMO
once i made their madras i added more tomato puree,some fennel seeds,4 finely chopped green and red chillis,approx 8 finely crushed dried chillis,cinammon powder,salt and sugar... :)
