You were right Malc, bloody gorgeous! absolutely loads of flavour combinations
I'm going to twist Kohinoor's arm for the recipe, tricky as it sold out on the day,
and his regulars want him to add it to the main menu.
The interesting part was that he steamed the stuffed chicken breasts, took a pic
earlier in the week.

You are one lucky devil gracing that kitchen. ;)

So the chicken Breast looks flavoured/marinated and the Keema I can almost smell from here!!!! I only wish I was closer!

Fingers crossed (and everything else for that matter) that you get the recipe. :)

Just trying to get my head around this one, so, if i have got this correct, this is flavoured chicken breast, wrapped around a mildly spiced keema, steamed and served on a bed of keema?

Got to say, it looks amazing, and is something I would love to put on the table for my next curry night.

Do they bash the breast's the flatten them down?

It's steamed, portioned then added to a pan of Bhuna style sauce, finished off, then presented on a bed of the same sauce.
Pretty simple, but its all the flavours, I need to find out!
