Hi another newbie here

I have been reading the forum for about a week now but decided to join as its a bit rude to lurk any longer lol.

Im a bit of a newbie curry maker.... in fact, dare I say, i've often followed Delia's curry recipes  :-[ but its not enough, I need to move on.

Hi Angelina,

Delia has some superb food in her books and I am sure her curries are worthy of comment but what you find on this site is totally different from that.
Keep reading and you will soon see what the site is offering. There are lots of good ideas and more than that the recipes you need to create that restaurant style taste which is so unique.

I cant wait to get started!  I've been on the site all afternoon, picking up all the hints and tips :-)

I think I shall be trying Pete's gravy as a base in the next couple of days as that one seems a firm fave.
