couldnt wait any longer for results so have used Cory Anders recipe today. going to give it at least 30 hrs marinating time before cooking. i will let you all know what i think if thats ok

I think Chris was waiting until the end of this weekend to give the final tester a chance to do it. I expect the results will be published very soon.

Where did you find it Les. I'm keen to give it a go, or at least use the marinade.
