Oh no not another forum to take up my time ! Man this is a great site, now I can combine two of my favourite things curry and beer. I am a brewer by one of my trades and always wanted to be a chef when I was younger. Is there any thing better than Home brewed all grain beer and a great curry ? No I dont think so 
I have always in the past made my curry from scratch, grind my spices etc but I love the BIR idea for get together's, which tend to happen quite often here. I have just had a new kitchen put in and have finished my house reno which includes a fully functioning bar and a large open sun deck. I hope to learn a lot from you lot and hopefully add some goodness back in return. Is there a section which is specifically for Dahl's?
