I appreciate you taking the trouble to post these, can I ask if you have tried any of them yet?
I hope you don't think I am being deliberately negative and I appreciate there is regional variation in dishes but when I read the Tikka Masala recipe I couldn't help but shake my head, yellow sauce with green peppers?
Can I suggest that the term 'runny' used in the Onion Bhaji reciepe should also taken with a pinch of salt. If you use a runny batter you'll most likely end up with battered onion slices rather than a bhaji.
