My Indian Food

Hi Everybody

I've been cooking Indian food for about 35 years and I've decided to start writing it all down.

My website is http://www.my-indian-food.com and it has some recipes info about spices and ingredients etc.

Every recipe is stuff I have cooked and eaten myself and is mostly on the authentic side.

Love the site Andy. It's good to see someone waving the flag for home style cooking, which is what I started doing. You will have noticed this site is more about restaurant cookery but there's boards for traditional style cooking also.
