Yes Mark... Definitely, i freeze all my portions in microwaveable containers.( 10 at a time ).
I allow to defrost slowly then microwave( 3 Min's 1000 watt). separate from rice.
Turns out a good curry every time , thanks for your interest mate,it really is a good recipe & I'm sincerely happy with its results.
Never eat straight away ,as we have all have come to the same conclusion on not eating on day of cooking, Spice sense overload ;D
Again i think is worth mentioning again try it with less Passatta to give the more savory version ( whatever`s ya poison !!).& add 1 Teaspoon Turmeric .I'm just so busy with my business ( closed for Curry cooking, back in two days
