When you cook the second/final stage the salt is really down to personal preference, but i find it is important to BIR Curies( Unlike Authentic) to bring out flavor unless you substitute with MSG,so experiment to your hearts content.

Don't worry about putting very little oil in, it makes no difference with this recipe for some reason, i will be cooking with a very light olive oil (tasteless) next week instead, i`ll post my findings.
aaaaahhhh What ? No veg..oil.. Hows that for going against the grain !
