Hi everyone, I've lurked around this magnificent site previously but I have to admit, with only a half-hearted approach to considering making my own curries (and accompaniments) at home.
I now find myself with more time on my hands and wanting to experiment and learn new cooking skills. This seems a most helpful and welcoming place to be and I am looking forward to joining you in what is so obviously your passion for creating authentic and mouthwatering dishes.
I have collected several books over a period of time but this is a one stop reference guide for everything anyone would ever need to know. Thank you very much for sharing all your tips, advice and information.
