i've used lime juice for a long time for bbq marinade and always use fresh.
until the lasan tikka i'd never used it in curry. i now use it as std for tikka marinade.
until this change i'd always had everything on tap for making tikka when i needed (frozen ginger, coriander, yogurt).
anyhow i was sceptical at using lime out of a bottle. it does work a treat though and i can't detect any loss of flavour.
simply in the category of sliced bread for me.
