hi,
I actually joined in 2006 and havent said hello until now. not that I'm particulally shy or unsociable :D just that I don't get to much time at the pc. anyway, I  just posted a recipe in the side dish section, I dont think it's represented anywhere else, hope you like it.

see you all again in 2014 ;)

Hi Mark  ;) welcome chap. What if someone tries your recipe but has a query? 4 years is a long time to wait for a reply  :D :D :D. Only kidding mate, enjoy your stay.
