Has anyone got a home made Pilau Spice Seasoning

Hi DP (oooer!  :o)

You would normally fry some spices in ghee or oil, before adding the rice and water, to make a pilau rice DP.  Check out the pilau rices in the recipe section here:  https://curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?board=86.0
