Hi Guys/Girls just joined thought i would say hello. my name is Jim a young 56 year old from Staffordshire. I just love curries and look forward to trying a few of the great looking recipes on the site. Not much of an expert in the kitchen but love trying.

Hi Jim,  welcome. Fellow Midlander eh. From just outside of Brum myself. Enjoy your stay. I am by no means an expert but Saturday night is curry night in my house, so its radio on, the family banned from the kitchen, and a drop of homebrew to help things along  .
