BIR Style Mint Sauce, Illustrated

4 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tsp sugar
4 tsp water
1/2 tsp mint sauce
2 drops green food colouring

Blend all the ingredients together with a spoon and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve properly.
