Hi, I am looking for a Tandoori Chicken recipe that is the same taste as from a good British curry house! I have tried loads including paste's and recipe's but cannot hit the nail on the head! Nothing is the same and cannot understand why i cannot get it right! If you can help many thanks?

I think the way to cook a proper BIR Tandoori chicken is with a proper tandoori oven, have you got one?  If not, you'll only ever get close

No, but really trying to find a recipe thats very close to the curry house, Do you have one my friend?

hi bb use a recipe for chicken tikka marinade but use red food colouring instead of orange.
