Hi Gary, My favourite is Chilli malasa! Keema rice. I have been looking for a website like this for ages, Is great and loads of good idea's! I love making curry and love making kebabs too! I have some recipes for them and are really like the ones from the kebab house! The big one for me that i learnt in the light of india was the base sauce, Every curry house keps them secret, but i have tried quite a few! What do you use for your curry base, I am also looking for a recipe for a really good creamy chilli malasa!
