hi mate welcome to curry heaven and i don't mean authentic but BIR heaven. if you have any questions then don't be afraid to ask ther will always be someone who has the answer or can point you in the right direction ;)

Thanks for the heads up peeps .  ::)   I've made 2 curries so far and I'm absolutely GOBSMACKED by the RESULTS  :D   Keep up the good work peeps. I Never ever thought I could make a curry just like BIR . BUT I HAVE  :D
