I just read in  my local paper that the Shozna in Strood (Kent) has just picked up another award for quality. This is an amazing restaurant, although in a poor location with no decent parking facilities (just over Rochester Bridge), the service and quality of food is simply wonderful. My personal favourite is the Naga Chicken, which is a superb contrast between heat and flavour.
