Hello all!

I am a new member of crO. The "curryfly" bite me about a year ago and from that point I have had the obsession to create that real restaurant curry. I hope that I find the key to the perfect curry from this forum. I live in Oulu, Finland and here are only two indian restaurants but they are very good. And sorry about my english, just learning ;D

You've certainly found the right place! I just hope Finnish Indian food is similar to British!
