hi, just made my curry base sauce as per darthphall sauce ,problem is i have 5 litre of   base sauce my question is i want to make 5 litres of madras curry as per darthphall method how much spices etc would i need to add to make the madras ..thanks

Not too sure if this recipe works just by using a ratio but probably for 5 liters of base i would times the recipe by 3, not that i have ever done this though.

I now only cook for one person at a time, you have more control of whats going on.
