Bhajis are very easy to make, so much so I wondered whether to post the direct link or not, but then I figured that if you've never cooked something before, it's good to see someone else do it right before ya have a crack yourself lol

And I must admit, I just like to watch someone else cook, it's hypnotising to me ;D
