I stumbled across this site yesterday, must say its probably one of the most informative.
I not a bad cook but seem to fail in Indian cuisine, hoping this site will improve me !!!!!
I am having friends round this Saturday and will be cooking using recipe from this site.
Hopefully all the guides and recipes will make it a successful evening

You're a brave person kjf. Personally I'd do a few practise dishes before trying to wow your friends. Good luck though, and let us know how it goes.

Lol, I was going to say the same. That said, follow the recipe and you'll struggle to go wrong. If I were you, I'd have a look in the experienced members base sauce of choice thread to get you on course for the weekend!
