this is Cory Ander nann bread recipe mostly but remove the seeds and substituted the suger for honey!! cooked on a tava. well happy with the turn out!

How do you find your non-stick tava UB?  Is it aluminium (it looks like it)?

I've always been reluctant to buy a non-stick tave assuming, maybe wrongly, that it won't withstand the high temperatures without the non-stick coating coming off?

Wow I've only just seen this thread that naan looks fantastic.  I've always been put of trying to make my own, I have a tava that occasionally gets used to make chappatis but thats it.  Going to have to try your recipe now Cory and thanks for sharing unclebuck great pic.
