Hello and advice

Hi everyone. I have just spent the last hour reading the posts and i am trully starving now. I fancy making the missus a curry feast tonight so wanted advice. I wanted to make a prawn madras, but am confused about which gravy to use. Many people rave about 'Darths' recipe but there seem so many nice ones! Which one will go best with tasty prawns?

Hi and thanks for that. It says use 2.5 ladles of curry sauce, any recommendation of which one?
