Great site and cant believe i never found it b4 this, im going to be trying one of the bases in a couple of days so will post on how i got on...maybe!!

I hail from sunny Birmingham and have sampled close to a hundred restraunts and takeway baltis in my 35 years (that is a wild guess btw) and now im ready to take the challenge and duplicate what they knock up 

And finally a quick thx for the people who have obvioulsy put in some major work contributing to this site, keep up the good work.

welcome to spice heaven, I'm a fellow brummie, recently new to this site & have done the curry circuit around brum on numerous occasions (although not recently ). I have done some night school for indian cooking but these guys really know their stuff, so enjoy & let us know how you get on.
