Now that was one tasty hot chilli pickle Santa.  Far superior to Pataks.  Made a nice change from Mr Naga.  Funnily enough, other than curry, the only thing i need to add chilli to Chinese curry.or more essential on a dirty donner kebab.   At a minimum it has to have a few teaspoons of Ali's "naga" (or more correctly scotch bonnet) sauce.  Other than the above, it isn't me  :smiling eyes:

Yep, I make my own and basically just scoff it as is rather than eat it with something else, although again it does go nicely on a cheese sandwich. Love it. Managed to get a couple of Chinese leaf from Morrisons so I can make some more. Gotta wait till 18th April for delivery though!

Yes I was sad to see it disappear from my local suppliers. And talking of Pataks I still rate their lime pickle but recently I've been buying Lazzat lime pickle and mango pickle from my local Morrisons. They're only
