I've not tried the recipe ed, but I'd say as good as it tastes , is not BIR, its not how the restaurants& ta  prepare & cook your tikka/tandoori chicken

I know unfortunately, take Dips for instance where the only difference between tandoori and tikka is the food colouring! There are a few BIR's and TA's that do them differently which is the taste I'm after at home without the benefit of a tandoor etc and I find this one great, although I burn mine with the grill a bit!

Had my second portion of this tonight and I love it! Very robust, and flavousome!

I'm going to give this one a go. A change is as good as a rest, after all!
