Had my curry pans out a while back,I did a bit of a feast for my colleagues at work.

I did a bit of a varied menu,some mild dishes and some hot,a few old favourites and a couple of new things....

A few pics,chicken korma,nilgril chicken,garam masala ,balti rezalla,garlic chilli chicken,murgh makhani,bombay aloo,chiken madras,tikka masala and some pilau rice.













Apologies for some fuzzy pictures but as you can imagine things got a bit hectic.It all went down well(not much was left!!),
a lot of nice comments which made it all worthwhile.

I also did some food for my neighbours' garden party a few weeks ago.There  were about twenty people in the end,so I had my work cut out feeding them all.I basically just did multiple portions of each dish and then kept them hot.The trickiest part were the chilli keema naans,trying to keep them fresh and hot along with everything else.A few pics...







Everything went to plan(even the naan breads!).My guests were more than impressed,some of them didn't actually believe I'd made it all by myself.The only downside was the messy kitchen,haven't quite mastered the art of keeping clean it clean whilst curry cooking!!

I cooked chicken tikka masala,plain tikka,balti pathia,chicken garam masala,chicken pathia,sag aloo,bombay potato,chana massala,pilau rice,chilli keema naan and peshwari naan
