Been asked to make a curry using eel, anybody got any ideas, i was thinking about using a recipe for monk fish.

First thing that came to mind was the prawn curry recipe from Rick Stein,

But also, a chunky fresh tomato sauce would work well too.
Maybe a two pan Rogan?
