My latest attempt to make tikka style chicken - this is how the restaurants make it



See the lovely red colour with all natural ingredients. Note. also how the marinade has penetrated the chicken, turning the white meat a golden pink/red.

Very nice, Garp.  But what did it look like /before/ you applied the graduated tint in Picasa ?!
