Charcoal Pizza Fusion

Something new round my house ;)

Turned my Tandoori Hut into a Pizza Hut ;D
Cooked some Deep Dish Pizzas in my Tandoor Oven for the first time.

This one is a BIR fusion, Ajwain Bhuna sauce, fresh green chillis, capsicum and mushroom
and of course hard Mozzarella plus a little garnish of coriander and garlic.

 Comp Chomp indeed...that looks superb Chewy.  :) Thin base usually for me but I'd definitely have that.  :P

I don't ordinarily do pizza.  Don't order it and certainly don't bother attempting to cook it  ::)  But i love a slice or two of that little beauty  :P  Nice one CT
