After seeing the recent posts about Dip's mushroom rice thought Id have a go at veg version.

Garlic/ginger, onion, frozen mixed veg (green beans, peas, carrot, pepper), green finger chillies, mix powder, methi, turmeric and salt .

Delicious, it really was restaurant quality and taste, a complete winner 

Served with a cheeky madras and naan !
