Just cooked My Pathia Ama for a hearty lunch - Fresh Fresh Fresh.
Chicken tenders, capsicum, green chillis, vine tomato, maris piper chips.
Spicy chilli hot, sweet and sour with layers of flavour. Lush

Chewy that looks great, i'm a big fan of curry with lots of vegetables - makes each mouthful interesting and different.  I've only ever had Dansak as a sweet and sour curry, so i might just give a pathia a go seeing as it looks the nuts.

Well I was gonna cook a sunday dinner today but after seeing that I think it'll have to be a curry yum!
