Hi
I've tried a few times to replicate the wonderful red chicken pakora and chilli sauce from my BIR..not even close yet..

any helpers on recipe and methods on how BIR's do this?

i`ve had a look for you and the only recipes i found was under curry web links,under loads by darthphall you`ll see a link click on that and it will take you to a website.
then scroll down a little you`ll see chicken pakora click on it and it will give you the recipe.
click back to the main page and second in the list you`ll see indian chilli click on that and you will see also click on that and it will give you the recipe.hope this helps you.

one thing i left out for the chilli sauce at the top of the page type chilli sauce then scroll down and you will see chilli sauce click on it then you`ll see the recipe.

I am disappointed to see this one slipping off the radar, I was waiting with baited breath for the answer to this, as I am at my wits end trying to get this to work.

I spend way too much money on chicken pakora, either eating it from the local Scottish BIR or trying in vain to make it.

Someone please step in and help us out here.
