Thanks for posting these vids, DP! Always interesting to see how different chefs do things.

Thought the naan method was interesting. They looked more like taftoon naans rather the 'elephant's ears' that we're used to up here, but it goes to show that the tawa method is just as valid as any in the absence of a proper tandoor oven.
Which reminds me, I quite like taftoon naans - I'll need to make some for my next curry...
