I am totally in love with this dish from Akbars in Manchester. Does anyone know how to recreate this recipe? They also do an amazing balti at Mazaa in Longsight.

Thy're not a proper Balti house so it's probably a standard curry with a tablespoon of Patak's balti paste added (seriously).

Thanks for that SS. I'm sick of telling people this then being dismissed as a crank.I was hoping JB would of had his hands on the balti paste recipe as mentioned in his first base post so we could of put this to bed once and for all.
