that said if I heard spiceyokookokkokoo coming up the stair & there wasn't a beer mat to dive under, I'd take my chances with the window & concrete below 

chris would start to make a base and make you all watch from start to finish but you would all have to stay over night for him to blend it the next morning,then in the afternoon sam would come around with the magic sauce which chris is not privy to(i know sam)and because he is not a chef you would give him 3 at best so leave chris out of it i say.

I must admit I'm going to buy chris's book. 

I'm not holding out for anything magic paste or otherwise. I feel there will be little nuggets in there - what Don I think said - value adding making dishes into what you would pay for.

I've watched all the video and feel chef or no chef Sam knows his stuff. I say this having watched the malik video and some years after met disappointment.

I've made Sam's passandra and it has cracked it for me. Slight tweak for me to leave out the block (shows how I've changed used masses in currykings CTM).
